What is Teacher to the Power of Two (T2)? JCEA's Teacher to the Power of Two (T2) peer assistance program is for teachers looking for ways to grow professionally, work toward licensure, and/or improve the profession by mentoring colleagues. It works like this: Teachers seeking professional growth and/or to improve teaching performance simply request a list of peer assistants - called Resource Teachers - in their area of need. Then they identify the mentor with whom they would like to work and, if desired, may request JCEA funding assistance. Upon approval, JCEA will reimburse for travel expenses or a half-day substitute, not to exceed to $40. Any active or retired Jeffco teacher may participate as a Resource Teacher.
